Customer Service Rep. (day shift) - Baltimore, MD- Salary - $10.50/hr Job ID: BCCN


A local Baltimore company is in search of several experienced Customer Service Representatives for their full-time day shift. Successful candidates will have creative problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work independently and in teams.

Hours for these positions are: 8-6pm
Duties include:

-answering incoming telephone calls, e-mails and faxes
-explaining service information and answering questions related to services
-prioritizing and organizing daily follow-ups to ensure timely action
-evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems
-serving as a liaison between customers and other departments in the company
-setting up and maintaining files
-providing management with reports as needed

Preferred candidates will have relevant experience, including previous work in customer service. Excellent oral/written communication, problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential. Knowledge and experience using the computer databases a plus.
